Editing typically takes approximately 2 weeks for most photo sessions lasting up to 2 hours. We don’t just batch edit an entire gallery. We painstakingly go through each image to ensure it meets our visual quality standards before anyone sees it. Once complete we’ll either make a follow up appointment or send you an online gallery link to view them. Small social media sized digital images are downloadable. Prints, canvases and wall art will usually take a couple of weeks to receive from the time they’re ordered.

Editing includes adjustments to exposure, color, contrast, highlights, shadows, white and black points, texture, vibrance and saturation as well as minor blemish removal, skin smoothing and brightening of the eyes/teeth etc. Braces removal, glasses removal, glasses glare, body contouring, and heavy acne removal are available at extra cost.

Modern yet timeless with natural colors and low contrast that make skin tones look their best. It’s a subtle version of classic so it will never go out of style or become dated. Your personality, expressions and emotions are priority therefore we try to keep backgrounds simple and uncomplicated while providing context (environment) as needed. We can also match your style preferences if preferred and we know ahead of time.

Yes… with a BIG BUT. We strongly believe if it’s worth your time and investment for the photo shoot, you deserve to have something tangible at the end. Digital files often get lost amongst the myriad of hard drives, jump drives, cloud servers, files, folders and other documents. Albums, canvases and large framed prints make a house a “home” and represent a joyful reminder of what’s truly most important. So while we don’t recommend digital only, yes the high res digital photos can be purchased which includes a copyright print release.

The basic session fee is $275 which includes reserving the date & time, equipment and site preparation, artistic consultancy, pre-shoot communications, the actual photo shoot (usually 1-2 hrs), photo editing and image review and selection either in person or online. There is no obligation to purchase anything additional and we have no minimum or maximum order requirements. We offer a full range of sizes of printed wall art in a variety of finishes (metal, acrylic, canvas etc.) as well as leather heirloom albums and folio boxes. The total investment is truly based on individual preferences but typically range from $500-$2500.

Not a problem. Actually cloudy days work well because it expands the number of options and locations that are possible without having to keep your eyes out of the path of direct sun. Plus with a portable studio light, we can create a fake sun effect. If rain is in the forecast we have the option of using the studio (also don’t have to worry about wind or temperature in the studio) but can always reschedule.
